International Shipping Disclaimer

1.1 A product labelled “Shipped from Abroad” on its product page is sourced internationally rather than held in the Vendor’s local stock. These items are consolidated and cleared through customs into Kenya before local delivery can begin.

1.2 Unlike locally-stocked products, a Shipped from Abroad item is not yet in the country when you place your order. It has to complete international transit and customs clearance first.

2.1 Each product page shows an estimated international shipping time for that specific item under “International Shipping”. This time can vary by product and by supplier, and is updated from time to time.

2.2 The delivery estimate shown in your cart and at checkout already accounts for this: it combines the product’s international shipping time with the usual local delivery time to your address. The date shown is our best estimate of when your order will actually arrive, not just the local leg.

2.3 If your order contains a mix of locally-stocked and Shipped from Abroad items from the same Vendor, the whole order is estimated to arrive together, once the Shipped from Abroad item has cleared consolidation.

3.1 International shipments can occasionally be delayed by factors outside our control or the Vendor’s control, including customs processing, consolidation shipment schedules, weather, and carrier disruptions. Estimated delivery dates are our best estimate, not a guarantee.

3.2 Same-day delivery is not available for orders containing a Shipped from Abroad item that has not yet arrived in the country.

4.1 Standard Msoko return and refund terms apply to Shipped from Abroad products in the same way as any other purchase. See our Terms and Conditions for details.

4.2 If your order is taking noticeably longer than the estimate shown at checkout, contact us at support@msoko.com and we’ll check its status with the Vendor.
